A brief written summary outlining your efforts, challenges faced, and any feedback on the 10 Hour Deals system. Please note that the refund request must be submitted within 7 days after the end of the 60 day period. Upon receiving and reviewing the provided evidence, we will process your refund if it is determined that you have made a genuine effort to accomplish the above outlined conditions using our 10 Hour Deals system, but were unsuccessful closing a deal.
